NEW MEMBER CLASSES - Thursday May 27th, June 3rd and 10th

After the free "open to the public" events, the QCS extended more special beginner help to newcomers who joined our club.

"Computer Basics for New Learners" was a short term "SIG" or special interest group that helped these new learners transition into our regular SIG offerings.

Individualized help from volunteer QCS members was available in a team-teaching format at each of these sessions, demonstrating our club motto "Members Helping Members". It is an effective way to learn about computers!

The 3 classes were also open to any current QCS member needing help with beginning computer skills.

Our regular monthly "Special Interest Groups" also helped transition the newest members into the club. Most offered special sessions that focused on the basics this summer.

Earlier events (below) were open to the public with no membership required.
